Longevity Science Doctor and NutritionistHead of Sales – Longevity & Anti-Aging Supplements (Dubai) — UAE / GCC / AfricaAbout UsPure Nutrition, founder of the DeAge longevity & anti-aging range, is a fast-growing nutraceutical company focused on science-led supplements for ageing well. We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to build and lead our commercial efforts from Dubai across the UAE, GCC and Africa — driving sales through doctors, nutritionists, distributors and retail partners.The RoleWe are hiring a Head of Sales to own P&L and grow DeAge as the leading anti-aging solution in the region while also managing sales for the broader Pure Nutrition portfolio to distributors and retailers across GCC and Africa. This is a hands‑on leadership role: market building, key-account management (HCPs), distributor recruitment, trade sales and channel development.Own commercial strategy and P&L for UAE/GCC/Africa for DeAge + Pure Nutrition portfolio.Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and margin goals.Build and manage relationships with doctors, nutritionists, clinics, wellness centres and key opinion leaders to drive prescription/recommendation adoption.Recruit, onboard and grow distributor & retail networks across GCC and Africa; manage distributor performance & incentives.Develop and execute GTM plans, pricing, trade promotions, and launch campaigns for new SKUs.Hire, coach and lead the sales team & field force; set targets, KPIs and incentive structures.Implement CRM / reporting cadence: forecasts, pipeline, weekly/monthly sales reviews and market intelligence.Ensure regulatory & compliance readiness for product launches in each market.Partner with marketing, medical affairs and product teams to create HCP education, training programs, scientific collateral and events.Manage budgets, credit terms, logistics coordination, and channel conflict resolution.Identify opportunistic expansion into adjacent channels (e-commerce, D2C, wellness chains).Must-have Experience & Skills8+ years sales leadership experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, OTC, anti-aging, aesthetics or adjacent healthcare / wellness categories — with a proven track record in GCC markets.Strong network with doctors, nutritionists, clinics and distributors in UAE / GCC.Experience managing distributor & retail channels across multiple countries (negotiation, onboarding, incentives).Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, forecasting and hitting revenue targets.Strong leadership, team building and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent spoken & written English; Arabic proficiency advantageous.Willingness to travel across the region frequently.Nice-to-havePrior experience specifically selling anti-aging / longevity products or services (medical aesthetics, nutraceutical longevity lines) — will be an advantage.Familiarity with regulatory registration processes for supplements in GCC/Africa.Experience with digital channel launches and B2C/e-commerce coordination.Competitive salary and benefits as per market norms for such senior appointments in Dubai (base + performance incentives).
