Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain professional to lead our end-to-end operations from strategic planning to last-mile delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop & implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectivesOptimize routing scheduling and transportation modes to reduce costs & improve deliveriesLead train and monitor logistics team performanceOversee local & international shipments exports and intercompany transfersEnsure compliance with safety regulations permits and documentationCoordinate with warehouse inventory purchasing and sales teamsNegotiate with logistics partners to improve cost efficiency & reliabilityMonitor fleet (GATEX GPS tracking Salik maintenance preventive schedules)Prepare regular reports on performance costs delivery rates & KPIsResolve transportation issues and customer complaintsMaintain operational discipline uniforms PPE attendance and SOP adherenceRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor s/Master s in Supply Chain Logistics or Business Administration10 years progressive experience in logistics or supply chain (FMCG preferred)Strong leadership analytical & problem-solving skillsProven experience in managing large fleets and high-volume logistics operations Key Skills HVAC Engineering,Legal & Compliance,Administration Support,HR Marketing,Arabic English Translation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 18 - 25
