Logistics Finance Operations Specialist

OverviewWe are looking for a Logistics Finance Specialist to join our growing operations team and support the financial processes related to logistics suppliers and freelance captains.This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate settlements, smooth payment operations, and financial reconciliation across logistics operations.You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Vendor teams to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review supplier and logistics settlement reportsReconcile supplier invoices with operational data and system recordsManage freelancer and captain payment settlementsMonitor captain wallet balances and process adjustments or deductions when requiredInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies and financial issuesValidate and process logistics-related invoicesCoordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment cyclesSupport financial reporting, reconciliation, and operational finance controlsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-4 years of experience in Finance Operations, Settlements, or Logistics FinanceExperience with reconciliation, settlements, and invoice validationStrong Excel skills and ability to work with large operational datasetsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillsExperience working with logistics, delivery platforms, or marketplace operations is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
