We’re Hiring: Warehouse Administrator | DP World LogisticsDP World Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day warehouse operations within a 3PL environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational accuracy, inventory control, system integrity, and seamless coordination across warehouse teams.If you thrive in operational environments, value accuracy, and take ownership of warehouse performance — this role is for you.Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on-time executionEnsure 100% accuracy of documentation and data entry in WMS (LFS), including inbound, outbound, and inventory transactionsWork closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff to enforce SOPs, handling standards, and operational timelinesMaintain real-time visibility of inventory movements; support cycle counts and annual physical inventoriesInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and elevate unresolved issues when requiredPrepare and share operational reports including KPIs, billing data, overtime logs, and performance updatesCoordinate third-party manpower to meet operational demands, ensuring compliance with site and safety standardsMaintain document control and ensure all records are archived in line with audit and client requirementsIdentify workflow gaps and support corrective actions to improve productivity and accuracyLiaise with customers and internal stakeholders to track and resolve shipment-related issuesChampion HSE, safety, and compliance standards across daily operationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, and lean warehousing activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain is an advantage)3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a Team Leader or Administrator roleWorking knowledge of WMS (LFS) and basic SAP functionalitiesStrong understanding of inventory control, documentation, and warehouse workflowsAbility to coordinate and guide frontline teams while maintaining quality and safety standardsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced 3PL or logistics environmentWhy DP World?At DP World, we prioritize safety, operational excellence, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
