Logistics Executive

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage shipment processes, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of goods within a fast-paced freight and logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and documentation requirements.Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading, unloading, and storage activities.Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and transactions.Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.Familiarity with UAE customs regulations.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesTime management and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyCustomer-focused approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAt Zahr Freighters, efficient logistics coordination is key to delivering reliable freight services.
