As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials through various modes of transportation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work well under pressure.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goodsMonitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arisePrepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulationsMaintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock movementsCommunicate effectively with customers to provide updates on shipment statusIdentify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to improve efficiencyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of logistics operationsRequirementsFluency in English is requiredPrevious experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFlexibility to work on shifts as neededIndian nationality preferredSalaryThe salary for this position is $1600 per month.AccommodationWe provide accommodation for employees who require it.LocationThis position is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.How to applyIf you are a proactive individual with a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
