OverviewJoin Clarion Shipping Services, a 30-year global logistics leader with a strong presence across the GCC, India, Southeast Asia, the UK, the US, and East Africa, known for excellence in freight forwarding and liquid logistics.Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support Clarion’s growth across sea, air, and land freight.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight.Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and referrals.Prepare and present competitive quotations based on customer requirements.Coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams for smooth delivery.Meet sales targets and KPIs set by management.Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logisticsStrong written and spoken EnglishGood understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and documentationExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity preferredCompensation and Career GrowthWe offer a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based incentives.
