The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operation Manager in managing and supervising all valet parking operations.Ensure efficient allocations of staff to locations and monitor daily attendance and performance.Maintain excellent communication between management, clients, and the valet team.Ensure all staff adhere to company standards in grooming, punctuality, and behavior.Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.Monitor vehicle handling procedures to ensure safety and customer trust.Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating team members to achieve high performance.Coordinate with management regarding schedules, reporting and operational needs.Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations and staff activities.Job SpecificationThe ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license and experience in daily operation, with at least 3 years of experience.
