Logistics Coordinator - Indian Nationals (English Speaking) - Sharjah, UAEOur company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian National to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in Sharjah, UAE. As a part of our growing logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials across our supply chain.Responsibilities:- Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and/or customers- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery of goods- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed- Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery dates- Analyze shipping methods and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation requirementsRequirements:- Must be an Indian national with excellent command of English language- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g. SAP)- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Organizational skills with attention to detailBenefits:We offer a competitive salary package along with other benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and performance-based bonuses.
