Logistics coordinator vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAELogistics Coordinator for African contract workers in Jabal-Ali, UAEWe are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our team of African contract workers in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the movement of goods and people to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shipments of goods and supplies to and from Jabal-Ali for our African contract workers.Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is in order for customs clearance.Arrange transportation, including flights and ground transportation, for our workers.Monitor shipment schedules and communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.Provide support with visa applications and other travel-related documents for our workers.Assist with onboarding processes for new contract workers.QualificationsProven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role.Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with logistics software is preferred.Biometric passport is required for this position.This role is suitable for male candidates.If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment, we would love to hear from you.
