Listing Team leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Listing Team Leader to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As a listing Team leader you will be responsible for leading the listing team.ResponsibilitiesLead mentor and motivate a team of property listing specialists.Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individuals.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Analyze team and individual performance metrics regularly.Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.Develop and implement effective property listing strategies to maximize market exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants.Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners developers and other stakeholders.Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property listing process.Oversee the creation and optimization of property listings including compelling property descriptions highquality photos and virtual tours.Implement best practices for maximizing the visibility of listings on various platforms.RequirementsMinimum of 2 4 years of experience in real estate with a focus on property listing.Proven experience in team leadership and management.Indepth knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with property listing platforms and marketing tools.Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.BenefitsCompetitive salary and incentives.Visa & Health insurance.Professional development opportunities.Collaborative Work Environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
