The traineeship offers hands‑on exposure to financial monitoring, reporting, automation initiatives, and month‑end closing within a fast‑paced retail environment. As a Financial Analyst trainee, you will actively contribute to financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and cost control initiatives, gaining practical experience across core finance processes.Under The Supervision Of The Finance Team, You WillContribute to the month‑end closing process, including reconciliations and data validationAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysesSupport the improvement and automation of financial reporting tools (Excel models, templates, dashboards, and other systems)Assist in monitoring and following up on Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections and accurate reconciliationSupport the monitoring and analysis of Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX)Track and validate recharges in line with partners agreementsPerform ad‑hoc financial analyses and support various Finance team initiatives as requiredWhat You’ll Need To SucceedCurrently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills with high attention to detailProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiativeAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlinesGood command of English (written and spoken)What The Group Can OfferWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
