Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to join our this key leadership role you will work closely with the Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial planning.Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee day-to-day accounting operations including payroll accounts receivable and accounts payableCollaborate with department heads to provide financial support and develop short and long-term financial plansLead the preparation of financial statements reports and analyses for management corporate office and ownersManage the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate financial reportingContribute to the annual budgeting process capital budgets and rolling forecastsImplement and maintain robust internal controls and risk management proceduresEnsure compliance with local laws fiscal regulations and company policiesProvide leadership and mentorship to the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvementAssist in conducting regular operational risk assessments and developing mitigation strategiesSupport the Director of Finance in driving financial literacy across the organizationQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related fieldCPA or MBA preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting preferably in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and budgeting processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailProficiency in accounting systems and financial softwareOutstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teamsExceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environmentExperience in performance management and implementing financial controlsStrong understanding of risk management and compliance in a corporate settingAbility to adapt to and thrive in an international work environmentFluency in English required;Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
