Legal counsel, private equity investments

OverviewTaylor Root is exclusively partnering with an international client to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel or Legal Counsel (Corporate/M&A) to join their expanding legal function in Doha. This is a high‑impact role within a global private equity environment, supporting a diverse portfolio and working closely with the General Counsel. The role will best suit an experienced lawyer, between 4-8 PQE from either a private practice or in-house environment.What you'll be doingAdvising on transactions and investments across funds, private equity, M&A, and VC.Handling general commercial issues on a day to day basis across portfolio companies.Have international oversight across investments and business partners worldwide.Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed4+ PQE from a common or civil law jurisdiction (EU lawyers, particularly Dutch are very much encouraged).Broad spread of corporate and commercial work, ideally across investment platforms.Previous Middle East experience is not needed and overseas applications are welcome.We have a full job description to share and discuss with you, please get in touch.The SR Group (Dubai) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
