<div><h3>Legal&Compliance Specialist - Riyadh - Saudi only</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced<b>Saudi-qualified Lawyer</b>to lead legal and compliance matters for our operations in Riyadh.</p><p>This role will act as the main legal point of contact in Saudi Arabia, handling litigation matters, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while coordinating with our global legal team based in Switzerland.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Represent the company before Saudi courts and relevant judicial committees when required.</li><li>Manage litigation cases and work on dispute resolution and settlements.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in line with Saudi regulations and company standards.</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi regulatory authorities, including ZATKA, MOC, MISA, and other applicable bodies.</li><li>Advise management on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.</li><li>Coordinate local legal matters with the global legal function.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Licensed Saudi Lawyer with a valid Ministry of Justice license.</li><li>5-7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with litigation exposure in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Companies Law, Civil Transactions Law, and Saudi Labor Law.</li><li>Arabic speaker with strong professional English.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of legal matters locally.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
