Legal AssistantProfession: AdvocateCity: El-FujairahCountry: UAEWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team of advocates and help ensure the efficient operation of our legal practice.Responsibilities:- Assist advocates in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court pleadings- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases- Organize and maintain case files and documents- Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for advocates- Communicate with clients, court officials, and other parties involved in cases- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate advocate- Assist with billing tasks, including tracking time spent on cases and preparing invoicesRequirements:- Degree in Law or related field preferred- Fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)- Experience working as a legal assistant or similar role is preferred but not required- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a teamThis position offers accommodation and visa sponsorship for those who require it.
