OverviewLegal Adviser for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to Indian nationals living in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients understand their rights and obligations under the UAE laws and regulations.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and guidance to Indian nationals living in Abu Dhabi, UAE on various legal matters such as employment contracts, tenancy agreements, and corporate laws.Conduct thorough research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to our clients' cases.Prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.Represent clients in court proceedings or arbitration hearings when necessary.Stay up-to-date with changes in the UAE laws and regulations that may affect our clients.Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.Experience working with Indian nationals is preferred.Strong understanding of the UAE legal system and its procedures.Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus).Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
