It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub - a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.About the RoleAre you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for driving commercial excellence and value creation in a fast-paced aviation environment?In this role, you will lead the sourcing and procurement of commercial services across Riyadh Air’s network, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and financial optimization.You will design and execute strategic sourcing plans that support the airline’s growth objectives, deliver cost savings, and uphold the highest standards of quality and transparency.Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies for commercial categories, leading competitive bidding processes (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs), and managing vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and value delivery.You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Commercial teams to align procurement outcomes with business needs, negotiate favorable contract terms, and manage supplier risk effectively.All while monitoring budgets, analyzing markets to identify savings opportunities, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with Riyadh Air’s policies and relevant aviation regulations.Help us shape our procurement landscape by ensuring strategic sourcing excellence while driving value across the Commercial Procurement!About YouDegree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in aviation procurement or supply chain management at a supervisory or senior officer level.You are expected to have a solid understanding of Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Ancillary Services, coupled with proven experience executing end-to-end procurement processes, negotiating complex contracts, and managing vendor performance.Naturally, you will possess hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
