Laundry Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the laundry staff, ensuring timely and high-quality service.Monitor the proper handling and care of hotel linen, uniforms, guest laundry, and dry-cleaning services.Ensure that all laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained regularly.Train and guide laundry attendants on proper procedures and hygiene standards.Maintain proper records for laundry operations including usage, production, and damages.Manage inventory levels of laundry supplies and place orders as needed.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and chemical handling.Good leadership and team management skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.About the company: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA#J-18808-Ljbffr
