Job Title: Language Services – OperationalLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaContract Duration: 3 MonthsStart Date: March 2026Employment Type: ContractEligibility: Saudi TalentJob OverviewWe are currently engaging Saudi Talent for the position of Language Services – Operational to support a large‑scale international football event in Jeddah.This role is critical to the success of tournament operations, ensuring smooth multilingual communication between international teams, officials, VIPs, media representatives, and local organizing stakeholders. The position requires a highly professional, composed, and service‑oriented individual who can operate effectively within a fast‑paced live event environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide real‑time on‑site language and communication supportAssist with interpretation (informal / operational) and translation requirementsFacilitate communication between international delegations and local departmentsSupport players, officials, VIP guests, and stakeholders with language needsCoordinate language services requests across functional areasAssist with written translations where required (briefings, signage, instructions)Support match‑day operations and tournament activitiesWork closely with Protocol, Accreditation, Media, and Venue Operations teamsEnsure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all exchangesRespond to urgent/ad‑hoc language‑related operational needsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRequirementsSaudi National (mandatory)Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)Additional languages highly advantageousPrevious experience in events, sports events, hospitality, or operations preferredStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm under pressureHighly organized and responsiveFlexible with shifts, extended hours, weekends, and match daysProfessional demeanor and presentationCultural awareness and international stakeholder sensitivityPreferred ExperienceExperience in tournaments, international events, or conferencesBackground in translation, interpretation, guest services, or coordinationExperience supporting VIPs, delegations, or executive stakeholdersExposure to live event or venue environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
