Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager at Ninja is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. This role includes managing staff, implementing effective inventory management practices, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, and have a keen attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all daily DC operations.Analysis and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, IREnsure achievement of operational and service KPIsControl inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage and losses.Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiativesManage the DC budget and control operational costs ( manpower, materials, ets..)Coordinate with transportation, stores ops, commercial, finance, HrPrepare and present operational reports to director weekly ( ops performance, inventory, ets..)Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasonsResolve operational issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with food safety and storage quality standardsRequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management or logisticsStrong leadership and team management skillsProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory softwareStrong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principlesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
