Landscape Visualizer

The Landscape Visualizer will support the development of 3D models and visualizations for landscape architecture projects. This role will work closely under the direction of the Senior Landscape Visualizer/Design leaders, supporting live project workflows from concept through detailed stages.The Landscape Visualizer will be responsible for producing design-accurate 3D models and real-time visualizations, supporting client presentations, internal design reviews, and competition submissions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain 3D landscape models based on design inputs from Landscape Architects using Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit.Produce real-time renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion, D5 Render, and Enscape under the guidance of the Senior Visualizer.Translate 2D design information (plans, sections, details) into coordinated 3D scenes that accurately reflect design intent.Support design development and validation, including material studies, planting visuals, lighting moods, and spatial clarity checks.Assist in setting up scenes, assets, and lighting for client presentations and internal reviews.Maintain model cleanliness, layer structure, naming conventions, and file coordination as per office standards.Use and contribute to the shared asset and material library (plants, hardscape, furniture, lighting, entourage).Implement review comments and feedback efficiently and accurately.Work within project timelines while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Visualization, or a related field.3–5 years of professional experience in architectural or landscape visualization.Working proficiency in:RhinoSketchUpRevitLumionD5 RenderEnscapePhotoshopAbility to work with live project models and evolving design information.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve workflows.Good time management and ability to work across multiple projects.Comfortable receiving design feedback and working in an iterative environment.Additional Skills Considered a PlusBasic knowledge of GrasshopperExperience with animation or walkthroughs#J-18808-Ljbffr
