This role involves capturing high‑quality images and videos for architectural projects, construction progress, events, campaigns, senior executive portraits, and lifestyle content, with a focus on enhancing the brand’s presence and delivering timely, impactful content.Key AccountabilitiesManage and execute all photography and videography requirements across DHRE projects, campaigns, and corporate initiatives, ensuring high‑quality visual storytelling aligned with brand standards. Capture premium visual content for architectural projects, construction progress updates, events, campaigns, senior executive portraits, and lifestyle marketing assets.Develop, produce, and deploy engaging visual content across multiple platforms, overseeing the full production lifecycle including creative briefing, shoot supervision, editing, animation, post‑production, and final asset delivery.Coordinate and manage third‑party photography, videography, and CGI production partners, including concept development, storyboard approvals, vendor supervision, location logistics, and permits.Ensure comprehensive project coverage across multiple concurrent initiatives while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and production partners to maintain consistency and timely delivery.Maintain and continuously enhance the company’s image and video library, ensuring proper cataloguing, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.Proactively generate creative concepts and visual content ideas that elevate brand perception and support marketing, sales, and corporate communication objectives.Qualifications, Experiences, SkillsExperience: 5 years of experience in the field of photography and videography, with experience working in a real‑estate company.Technical Skills: Proficient in using professional‑grade videographic/photographic equipment and post‑production software to generate high‑quality output that meets industry standards; strong understanding of design principles and real‑estate industry trends.Team Management: Ability to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.Problem‑Solving and Creativity: Creative problem‑solving and innovative design solutions; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.About the BenefitsAt Dubai Holding, we’re committed to nurturing the success and well‑being of our colleagues.
