Landscape BIM Specialist

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Landscape BIM Specialist to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance our landscape architecture projects ensuring efficient and innovative design solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain BIM models for landscape architecture projects using software such as Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3DCollaborate with project teams to integrate landscape designs into overall BIM modelsCreate 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design concepts effectivelyImplement BIM standards and best practices across landscape projectsAnalyze and optimize landscape designs using BIM tools to improve sustainability and efficiencyCoordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure project coherenceStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies in landscape architectureProvide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processesEnsure compliance with local building codes and regulations in DubaiContribute to the development of sustainable landscape solutions suitable for the UAEs climateQualificationsBachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Architecture or a related field35 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field with a focus on BIM implementationProficiency in BIM software particularly Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong 3D modeling and visualization skillsIndepth knowledge of landscape design principles and practicesFamiliarity with GIS software and its applications in landscape architectureExcellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication skills both written and verbalBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk BIM Certification) preferredUnderstanding of sustainable landscape practices and their implementation through BIMKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in DubaiFamiliarity with UAEs climate and native plant speciesAbility to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environmentCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging BIM technologies in landscape architectureAdditional InformationAvailable to start immediately.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
