The role involves translating designconcepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoorenvironments while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.KeyResponsibilities· Develop landscape designconcepts, master plans, and detailed drawings· Prepare layout plans, plantingplans, hardscape details, and specifications· Coordinate with architects,civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams· Ensure designs comply withlocal regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards· Conduct site analysis and sitevisits to understand project constraints· Prepare BOQs, materialselections, and cost estimates for landscape works· Review contractor shop drawingsand monitor site execution for design compliance· Support project presentationsand client meetings· Incorporate sustainable designpractices, native planting, and water-efficient solutionsRequirements· Proficiency in AutoCAD(mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Photoshop preferred· Strong understanding ofsoftscape and hardscape design· Knowledge of plant materials,irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods· Ability to manage multipleprojects and meet deadlines· Strong visualization,presentation, and communication skillsEducationalQualificationsB.Arch / M.Archwith relevant experience or specialization in Landscape Architecture3–5 years forLandscape DesignerPreferred ExperienceExperience inCommercial, Residential, Hospitality, or Large Township ProjectsExposure tosustainable and green landscape practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
