Land Surveyor Vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, QatarWe are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys to determine land boundaries and collect data for construction projects. You should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience using surveying equipment and software.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical featuresUtilize surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect accurate dataAnalyze collected data and create maps, charts, and plots using surveying softwarePrepare detailed reports on survey findings for clients and project managersCollaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on landMaintain accurate records of all survey data and documentationAdhere to safety standards and protocols while working in the fieldRequirementsBachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years experience as a Land SurveyorStrong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipmentProficient in the use of surveying software such as Auto CAD Civil 3 D or Trimble Business CenterExcellent analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersPreferredExperience working on construction projects in the Middle East regionFamiliarity with local regulations and laws related to land surveying in Ar-RuwaisFluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plusWe offer a competitive salary package of $1,400 per month along with accommodation.
