OverviewChemical Engineer - Process Development and Optimization Specialist. As a Chemical Engineer specializing in process development and optimization, you will play a crucial role in the production of chemicals at our facility in Ar-Ruwais. This is a contract position that requires no previous experience and offers accommodations for the duration of the project.ResponsibilitiesConduct research and experiments to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.Utilize your knowledge of chemistry, physics, and engineering principles to design and implement new processes.Collaborate with other engineers, chemists, and technicians to troubleshoot issues and optimize production.Use specialized software to simulate processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while working in the laboratory or on the production floor.Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress reports to project managers and other team members.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.Biometric passport is required for visa processing.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS is an asset.We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all applicants regardless of their nationality or location.
