This role is crucial for ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor uptime and health of data center equipment and servicesTrack performance of servers, storage, virtualization, and HCI systemsMonitor CPU, memory, disk, and service utilization across platformsEnsure availability of internal and external services and URLsOversee backup, replication, and patching activitiesMonitor security services including antivirus, EDR, IPSHandle network device monitoring – switches, routers, firewalls, and linksRequired Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system monitoringFamiliarity with data center environments and enterprise IT systemsBasic understanding of virtualization, storage, and network componentsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in shifts and respond to alerts promptlyExcellent communication and documentation skillsImmediate to 30-day notice period availabilityNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or ZabbixExposure to HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMware vSAN)Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident managementFamiliarity with cybersecurity monitoring toolsBasic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)Recruitment Pro TipTo stand out, highlight your hands-on experience with monitoring tools and your ability to respond quickly to infrastructure alerts.
