Our mission is healthy skin — we believe in the power of plant-based ingredients combined with modern science.All our products are vegan, clean‑formulated and PETA certified, developed with advanced technologies and carefully selected natural ingredients.As a rapidly growing brand, we are expanding internationally and building strong partnerships across global markets.We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager based in Dubai who will be responsible for developing the UAE market and building long‑term partnerships with local distributors and retail partners.About The RoleThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key relationships with partners across the United Arab Emirates.As a Dubai-based resident, you will represent the company locally, work closely with distributors and retailers, adapt business activities to the regional market, and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s international expansion plans.This role requires strong sales capabilities, independence, and the ability to build long‑term business partnerships in a highly dynamic market.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and developing relationships with local distributors, retail partners and key accounts in the UAEMaintaining strong field presence – client meetings, store visits, retail audits, negotiations and product consultationsDelivering annual sales targets and commercial goals set by the company headquartersMonitoring partner sales performance and implementing optimization strategiesSupporting the execution of marketing, promotional and product launch campaigns in the UAE marketAnalyzing market trends, competitor activity, pricing and consumer behaviourCoordinating closely with the company headquarters in Poland – reporting, online meetings and supporting business visitsRepresenting the company at industry events, trade fairs and conferencesRequirementsExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC regionProven track record in business development and key account managementExperience working with distributors and retail networksEducationBachelor’s degree (preferred fields: business, marketing, international trade)SkillsStrong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building skillsGood understanding of the local business environment and cultural context in the UAEHigh level of independence, proactivity and results orientationFluent English required; Arabic will be considered an advantageAdditionalResidence in Dubai is requiredWillingness to travel within the regionUAE driving license will be considered an advantageWhat We OfferCooperation based on a B2B contractAttractive compensation reflecting your knowledge, experience and performancePossibility of a hybrid work modelAll necessary tools and resources required for the roleOpportunity to grow within a company with strong international development potentialWork with an innovative Clean Beauty brand developing advanced cosmetic solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
