Key Account Manager - MENA - Food Industry

Role OverviewKey account manager development reporting to the Sales Manager Export, responsible to explore new opportunities in MENA region while ensuring a workable business model is executed.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new opportunities and increase customer footprint in MENAPrepare a three‑year sales development plan including root‑to‑market strategy across the regionDeliver top line and bottom line budgetsWork to increase potential customer base (focus area, direct retailers, & wholesalers) in the regionClosely work with the supply chain team to have proper documentation and process in placeHave knowledge of documentation and full supply chain process for the regionManage, monitor and evaluate the performance of customersVisit customers and outlets to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure proper stock availability in customer’s warehouse and shelf visibilityProvide a three‑month rolling forecast to the company and coordinate with the operation team to deliver sales orders on timeKey Performance IndicatorsNew customer developmentSales and net marginStock levels at the customer warehouseAccounts receivablesReportsForecast accuracyDepartment budgetQualifications and ExperienceTrack record of establishing best practice sales capability, building and consistent delivery of sales targetsProven track record of geographical expansion (new markets)Clear understanding of export documentationKnowledge of value chain60 % of time spent travelingKnowledge of MENA countries' government laws & regulations for importingDriven by challenge, well organized with the ability to multi‑taskAdaptable approach and capable of driving change on the marketing mixAge 25+ yearsNationality: Any ArabicGender: MaleMaster’s in Business Administration (Major: Marketing) preferredLanguages: English, Arabic & French preferredSenior sales leader with 5–7 years’ experience managing top retailers & wholesalers in MENA regionDriving license: YesAvailability: Within 30 days on selectionCompensation and BenefitsSalary AED 20,000/month + benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
