Job Description
Position OverviewThe Key Account Manager - Events & Expo is responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with high-value clients in the events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate activation sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for key clientsBuild strong client relationships and ensure satisfactionConduct meetings, presentations, and follow-upsUnderstand client objectives and deliver solutionsBusiness Development & Revenue GrowthIdentify new business opportunities in events & expoPrepare proposals and commercial offersAchieve revenue targetsProvide forecasts and market insightsProject Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with production, design, operations, and logistics teamsMonitor timelines, budgets, and deliverablesAttend site visits and event daysEnsure all approvals and documentation are completedKey Account Growth & StrategyDevelop account plans to expand portfolioConduct market and competitor analysisSupport marketing and networking activitiesContract & Financial ManagementNegotiate pricing and payment termsEnsure timely invoicing and collectionCoordinate financials with finance departmentReporting & DocumentationMaintain CRM/ERP recordsPrepare weekly reports and visit logsDocument client feedback and improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Events3-7 years of experience in events/exhibitionsStrong understanding of event production and operationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projectsProficient in MS Office and CRM systemsKey Skills & CompetenciesClient ManagementSales & NegotiationProject CoordinationStrategic Account DevelopmentTime ManagementProblem SolvingCommunication & PresentationWork ConditionsOffice-based with client meetings and site visitsAvailable during event build-up and dismantlingFlexible hours during peak periodsKPIsMonthly revenueClient retentionNew accountsProject satisfaction scoreProfitabilityPayment collection timelineProposal accuracy#J-18808-Ljbffr
