As a Key Account Manager you will be the driving force behind our expansion into the Middle East healthcare market.You will lead the end-to-end business development process—from initial market mapping to product homologation and final sales. This role requires a strategic mindset to navigate the complexities of the medical polymer market and a hands-on approach to building a robust sales funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy: Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for medical-grade polymersBusiness Development: Identify, target, and cultivate high-value relationships with healthcare customers; initiate product testing and manage the homologation process.Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and demand forecasting within the Middle East pharmaceutical packaging sector.Cross-functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between Logistics, Legal, Finance, and Production to ensure seamless product introduction and supply chain efficiency.Commercial Management: Develop compelling sales proposals, calculate logistics costs, and provide regular analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.Travel: Engage in business travel as required to meet clients and industry stakeholders across the region.SkillsIndustry Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years in the polyolefin business.Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in selling medical-grade PE/PPNetwork: An established database of active clients in the HDPE/Medical segments.Functional Mastery: Strong B2B sales and marketing expertise with a solid understanding of international supply chain and logistics operations.Technical & Soft Skills:Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essentialAnalytical Rigor: Ability to perform complex market calculations, evaluate logistics costs, and interpret data trends.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
