POSITIONSUMMARYTheProfessionalHealth Representativeis responsible formaximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion activities within a certain geographic territoryleveragingdigital channels as well as F2Fto achieve set targetobjectives.His/herpromotional orientation (i.e. Rx salestargets) willbeto create better customer experience.Tasks are performed under the general direction of theSales/CategoryManager;howeverthe incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of hisor hergeographical territory.POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIESEngage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient need.Engagement is also focused on broader range of content (e.g.disease state).Acts as key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive only connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources.Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model and to new platforms (e.g. Digital Engagement Portal).Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant contentselection.Visits physicians to help them manage their patients disease using Pfizer products.Distributesknowledge using guidelines through product samples marketing literature clinical trials related to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.Follows-upwith HCP (KOL physicians pharmacists or any other party havingimpact on the business) to gather feedback and questionsregardingexperience with Pfizer products.Providesapprovedinformation to HCP on Pfizer productse.g.proper medical usage dosageamountsand side effects.EnlistsPfizer products in the formulary of institutions.Providesfeedback to sales management on customer requests responses to promotionsand product access. Also update on changes in the health care system or hospital structure.Involved in thepre preparationof the marketing campaign through givinga feedbackto the marketing team onwhatsthe real market customers needs.Follows-up onstockconsumptionand ordering process specially in government sector and institutions.Involved in Pfizer community awareness programs.Attendsseminars andparticipatein setting up salesdemonstrationandexhibition.OrganizesAV activities in his area.Initiates&Participatein the nomination &selectionof the local speakers in his/her territory.Reportsvisits and other activities using ECMS.Attendsregular sales meetings with DM general meetings and cycle meetings.Preparesshort term POA restricted to his area and products.Presentsreports according to DM recommendations and market needs.Updateshis/hercustomer list according to the targeting process by understanding customers segmentations and customer insights.Understandscustomer disease management needs.Maintainsandcreatenew advocates byaligning tocustomers priorities/needs.Standsaccountable for allcustomerse-mails phone calls related to business.Executesthe activities(Internationalregionaland local conferences workshops) done bythemarketing and medical department to engageitscustomers.PreparesMonthly report forsalesactivitiesmarketfeedbackthreats opportunities.Participatein setting the engagement POA and playimportantrole in its executionwhere applicable.Playsanimportant rolein engaging customers viaboldpartnership programs.Explores businessopportunities and expandsthe scope of his/herterritoryreach.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSReports to the Oncology Sales ManagerConnection to SMEs reactiveWorks in close collaboration with similar job position holders across the GulfInteracts well with:Supportive departments: BT Medical Marketing Finance HRCustomers Administration Departments: Stores Purchasing and FinanceOpinion Leaders and Field ExpertsService Providers and CompetitorsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPharmacy/Pharmacy Education BackgroundMinimum 3 years of total experience in Sales department and 2 years experience as Health/Medical RepresentativeKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry isFluent in English language Arabic is an advantageTo progress to Professional Health Rep role (other T&Cs apply):100% Sales achievement in last 2 yearsand Exceeding/Top performer in last 2 years for external hires Successful completion of one development assignment is preferred.TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTSPfizer Colleague CompetenciesCommit to One Pfizer and our Bold move Organization imperativesHave good written and verbal/oral communication skillsDemonstrate effective interpersonal good persuasive and negotiation skills and must be change agile and resilient.Demonstrate effective selling presentation and strong analytical and problem solving skillsMUST be Computer literate and experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)MUST demonstrate Customer Facing Colleague competencies (CFC) of the future in line with:Focusing on customer needsManaging complexity in territory/assigned area(s)Influence with insightsDrive value based interactionsEstablish cre
