Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new opportunities & increase customer footprint in PakistanPrepare three-years sales development plan including root-to-markets strategyDeliver top line and bottom-line budgetsWork to increase potential customer base (focus area, top retailers & wholesaler) in PakistanClosely work with supply chain team to have proper documentation and process in placeShould have knowledge of documentation & full supply chain processManage, monitor and evaluate the performance of each customersVisit customers and the outlets to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure proper stock availability in customer’s warehouse & shelf visibilityProvide 3 month’s rolling forecast to the companies & closely coordinate with operation team to deliver sales orders on time.Key Performance IndicatorsNew customers developmentSales and net marginStock levels at the customer WHAccounts receivablesReportsForecast accuracyDept. budget.Required Qualifications and ExperienceTrack record of establishing best practice sales capability, building and consistent delivery of sales targetsProven track record of retailer/ wholesaler’s expansionClear understanding on import & export documentationKnowledge of value chain (pricing structure)Spend 60% of time in travelingKnowledge on Pakistani government laws & regulations for importationDriven by challenge, well organized with an ability to multi-taskAdaptable approach and capable of driving change on the marketing mixAge: 25+ yearsNationality: Any ArabicGender: MaleEducation: Master’s in Business Administration (Major: Marketing) preferredLanguages: English, Urdu and PunjabiExperience: Senior sales leader with 5-7 years’ experience managing top Retailers & Wholesalers in PakistanDriving license: YesAvailability: Within 30 days on selectionSalary & BenefitsSalary AED 17,000/- + Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
