<div><p>A Key Account Executive is a front-line professional responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the food service sector. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and achieving sales targets for the company's range of premium beverage brands, including JDE Maxwell, Jacob's coffee, and Davinci. The Sales Executive serves as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and leveraging market knowledge to contribute to the overall growth of the business in the local market.</p><h3>Principal Accountabilities</h3><h3>1. Sales and Business Development</h3><ul><li>Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the HORECA sector (e.g., hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers) with a specific focus on beverage solutions.</li><li>Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for premium beverage brands to prospective customers.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to acquire new accounts.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li></ul><h3>2. Account Management and Customer Service</h3><ul><li>Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Conduct regular visits to client sites to maintain relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities related to beverage products.</li><li>Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.</li></ul><h3>3. Product Expertise and Market Intelligence</h3><ul><li>Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned beverage product portfolio and their applications, especially related to menu engineering and beverage preparation.</li><li>Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Kuwaiti beverage sector.</li><li>Gather and provide feedback from the market to the BDM and Regional Customer Experience&Beverages Director to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.</li></ul><h3>4. Technical and Operational Support</h3><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding technical or quality issues.</li><li>Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and technical teams to schedule site assessments, installations, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure customer concerns are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.</li><li>Monitor equipment placements and ensure proper tracking and maintenance follow-up.</li><li>Facilitate communication between clients and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and customer confidence.</li></ul><h3>5. Administration and Reporting</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for the BDM and Regional Customer Experience&Beverages Director.</li><li>Work with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of orders, invoices, and payments.</li></ul><h3>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Compliance</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing, category management, and supply chain teams to execute brand activations, promotions, and campaigns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual terms.</li><li>Uphold company standards of ethical selling and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.</li></ul><h3>7. Professional Development and Brand Representation</h3><ul><li>Represent the company and beverage brands in a professional manner at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.</li><li>Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge through training, certifications, and market research.</li><li>Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.</li></ul><h3>EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE</h3><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>A minimum of<b>2-3 years of proven sales experience</b>, with a preference for the<b>food and beverage industry</b>and the HORECA sector</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
