The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, data related projects (BI or Data Engineering is a plus) excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in compliance with local regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Saudi government agencies.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when required.Ensure compliance with Saudi governmental standards (NDMO is a plus), policies, and reporting requirements.Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation in both Arabic and English.Manage vendor relationships and oversee third‑party deliverables.Ensure proper project documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover upon project completion.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3‑5 years of experience managing information technology projects for Saudi agencies or organizations.PMP certification (mandatory).Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid).Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and large‑scale IT initiatives.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.Experience working in regulated or government environments is highly preferred.Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience working on digital transformation or government IT programs.Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and government frameworks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
