This role is critical for ensuring end-to-end project delivery, aligning with client operations, and maintaining high standards across scope, cost, schedule, and quality.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Customer Project Manager, you will oversee new site rollouts, expansions, and controller deployments while managing telecom and power implementation. You will coordinate Nokia product delivery and logistics, ensure compliance with MoO and PM@Nokia methodology, and drive planning, risk management, and cost optimization. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex projects in a dynamic environment and work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesLead RAN site rollouts, expansions, and controller deployments for 2G/4G/5G networks.Manage Nokia product delivery and logistics, including RAN product ordering.Ensure alignment with Mode of Operation, BG/BL guidelines, and PM@Nokia standards.Drive project planning, risk management, cost optimization, and change management.Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Required Qualifications & Skills7–10 years of experience in mobile telecom project/program management (RAN rollouts and expansions).Strong expertise in Nokia RAN technologies (2G/4G/5G).PMP or PRINCE2 certification; exposure to Agile/Scrum preferred.Proven ability in risk, cost, and stakeholder management.Hands‑on experience with Nokia Delivery Platform (NDPe/NDPd/NDPc) is a strong plus.✨ Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in multi-vendor environments.Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies.Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Recruitment Pro TipHighlight your experience managing large-scale RAN rollouts and Nokia-specific projects in your CV.
