You will support the design team in delivering exceptional, sophisticated interiors for exclusive villas, boutique hotels, yacht refurbishments and premium hospitality projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of concept designs for luxury villas and high-end interior spacesProduce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings (Lumion / 3D Studio Max / V-Ray / Corona)Support production of detailed architectural drawings and BOQs using Revit / AutoCADPrepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for client approvalsPerform site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with L’ESTRO quality standardsWork closely with Project Directors, Senior Designers and Technical TeamsRequirements3 years of experience in UAE interior design industry (luxury villas required)Exceptional creativity, design style, and attention to detailStrong proficiency in: 3D Studio Max, Lumion (realistic rendering a must), Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesignFamiliar with luxury materials, Italian finishing, lighting design, and bespoke furnitureAbility to deliver under fast-paced deadlines with excellent communication skillsInternational team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organizationBeing part of a motivated team and Moving-Forward-Company-Culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
