Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury villa design, conceptual development, and high-end detailing. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design sensitivity, outstanding 3D visualization skills, and the ability to deliver immersive renderings that convey a refined and luxurious aesthetic. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design concepts from vision to execution, ensuring all details reflect our signature elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation.ResponsibilitiesLead the full design process for luxury residential villas, from conceptual sketches to final detailing.Develop unique, refined interior concepts aligned with the brand vision and client lifestyle.Select high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and bespoke elements.Translate creative direction into compelling presentations and mood boards.3D Visualization & Lumion RenderingProduce high-quality 3D models using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.Create photorealistic Lumion renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to communicate design intent.Manage visualization timelines ensuring accuracy, atmosphere, and luxury-level quality.Technical & Project CoordinationPrepare detailed drawings, FF&E specifications, and BOQs.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity.Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups.Ensure all designs comply with project standards, schedules, and budgets.Client & Team InteractionRequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3dMax or 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.Proven experience developing luxury villa interiors and high-end residential projects.Portfolio showcasing elegant, creative, and detailed luxury villa projects.Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.Strong creative vision and impeccable design taste.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-end projects.Detail-oriented, organized, proactive.BenefitsInternational team (over 50 nationalities)24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organizationBeing part of a motivated team and Moving-Forward-Company-Culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
