<div><h3>Title - Junior FP&A Analyst</h3><h3>Location - Ras Al Khaimah</h3><h3>Duration - 6 months (Extendable)</h3><h3>Rate - 4500 AED / Month</h3><h3>Scope of Work – Junior FP&A Analyst</h3><h3>1. Objective</h3><ul><li>Support the Finance team in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, providing accurate and timely financial insights to assist decision‑making by management.</li></ul><h3>2. Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>A. Financial Planning&Analysis</h3><ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.</li><li>Support the forecasting process by collecting and analyzing data from multiple departments.</li><li>Monitor actual performance versus budget/forecast and highlight key variances.</li></ul><h3>B. Reporting&MIS</h3><ul><li>Prepare standard financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow summaries) for internal use.</li><li>Assist in generating management dashboards and KPIs.</li><li>Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.</li></ul><h3>C. Data Analysis&Support</h3><ul><li>Collect, organize, and analyze financial data for trend analysis and insights.</li><li>Prepare variance analysis at organisational&departmental level detailing the reasons on the variances in revenue, OPEX&CAPEX after discussion and agreements with the departments.</li><li>Assist in ad‑hoc financial analysis and business case preparation.</li><li>Maintain Excel models, trackers, and templates used for budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul><h3>D. Process&Compliance Support</h3><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation of financial assumptions and analysis.</li><li>Support month‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries if required.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.</li></ul><h3>E. Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes.</li><li>Support the implementation of automation or process improvement initiatives where applicable.</li></ul><h3>3. Key Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, basic financial modeling).</li><li>Analytical thinking and attention to detail.</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.</li><li>Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
