This role involves assisting with window displays, product styling, store layout, and maintaining visual standards across the store.Key ResponsibilitiesStore PresentationAssist in executing visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns.Maintain high visual standards across the shop floor.Ensure mannequins, fixtures, and displays are styled correctly according to brand direction.Window DisplaysSupport the installation and change of window displays.Help prepare props, styling, and layout for seasonal launches.Organize product displays to maximize visibility and sales.Ensure correct product placement based on category, color, and collection.Brand ConsistencyFollow brand visual guidelines and global VM directives.Ensure store visuals align with current marketing campaigns.Inventory & StockWork closely with store managers and sales staff to replenish display items.Ensure featured items are available on the shop floor.Trend AwarenessStay updated on fashion trends and competitor visual merchandising.Suggest ideas to improve displays and customer experience.Operational SupportAssist with store openings, promotions, and new collection launches.Help maintain props, signage, and display equipment.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of fashion retail merchandisingStrong visual and styling senseAbility to follow brand guidelinesAttention to detailTime management and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environmentTeam player with good communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
