Video Content Creator (Full-Time, Hybrid – Dubai)

We’re looking for a creative, nimble, and trend-savvy Video Content Creator who knows how to stop thumbs and make people double-tap. If you’ve got an eye for visual storytelling, a camera or smartphone you know how to wield, and you’re always ahead of the latest TikTok or Reel trend, we want you on our team.About the roleAs a Video Content Creator, you’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content across formats—be it Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, or motion graphics. You’ll collaborate with the strategy, content, and design teams to bring campaigns to life in thumb-stopping ways.Key responsibilitiesDevelop short-form video content tailored to different platformsPitch and storyboard creative ideas and formatsShoot and edit video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and StoriesAdd motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and audio to enhance contentStay on top of social video trends and recommend creative ways to adapt themWork closely with designers, copywriters, and account managersWhat we’re looking for3-5 years of experience creating video content for social mediaBased in Abu DhabiStrong grasp of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)Ability to shoot with both professional cameras and smartphones.Confidence to appear in or direct content with talentComfortable working under tight deadlines with quick turnaroundGreat sense of rhythm, visuals, and timingAbility to adapt to shifting schedules and work collaboratively to cover shoots as needed.Bonus if you haveArabic language editing or filming experienceThis is a hybrid role for someone who is obsessed with social video, constantly creating, and always learning from what’s trending.#J-18808-Ljbffr
