As a Jr. Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by assisting in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.Assist in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projectsConduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsSupport the preparation of tender documents and contract administrationAssist in the evaluation of contractor claims and variationsParticipate in site visits to verify work progress and quantitiesHelp maintain accurate project cost records and reportsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project successContribute to the development of cost-saving strategies and value engineering initiativesAssist in the preparation of monthly progress reports and financial forecastsStay updated on local building codes and regulations in DubaiWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or related fieldProficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft)Strong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesGood communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBasic knowledge of construction processes and methodologiesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in DubaiWillingness to work on various construction sites in Dubai and surrounding areasProfessional certification (e.g., APC) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
