GENERAL COORDINATOR FOR A CAREERS AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN ABU DHABI - AUGUST 2026Compensation and benefits include:AED 28,000 / month tax‑free salary including housing allowanceAnnual flights for the employee onlyUtility allowanceInternational medical insuranceMedical insurance for spouse + 2 dependent childrenGreat Abu Dhabi mainland locationLeading a team of: 3 Training Program Coordinators, 36 Instructors, 8 Admin staff.The TCC General Coordinator is responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and growth of the Technology and Career Centers (TCC) of a UAE based school group. This role oversees the development and implementation of vocational and technical training programmes, ensuring alignment with ADEK, Abu Dhabi and UAE National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and the school group standards and curriculum expectations.The TCC General Coordinator leads the TCC team of instructors, program coordinators, and administrative staff, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, industry‑relevant education. This role requires vision for technical and career education, strategic planning, industry partnerships, accreditation compliance, integration with the school Academic Teams, and innovation in vocational training.Key ResponsibilitiesLead TCC operations, training programmes, and staff development.Develop and implement strategic initiatives for vocational growth, student employability, and outstanding curriculum integration with ENS academic programmes.Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.Drive accreditation compliance, quality assurance, and readiness for inspection frameworks, ensuring delivery of an outstanding curriculum.Foster strong industry, government, and university partnerships, including collaboration with local universities and businesses (e.g., MBZUAI) on innovative projects.Lead digital transformation and support the integration of AI in vocational education.Promote and market TCC to wider communities, ensuring its reputation as a leading vocational training centre.Enhance opportunities beyond the school day through workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement.Lead and oversee the implementation of the TCC Career Orientation Framework across all workshops, ensuring student progression from Grades 6–12 is coherently documented.Oversee the quality and implementation of all project‑based learning activities, ensuring that instructors follow approved Project Guidelines.Collaborate with the TCC Supervisor at the other campus to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation, project structure, and QA processes.Minimum QualificationMinimum of a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant vocational field. Educational Leadership qualification ideally specialising in middle/senior leadership, Business Management, Engineering, or other disciplines recognised under NQC standards.Vocational Training Certification: Must hold or be eligible for an NQC‑recognised Training and Assessment Qualification (e.g., Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Training, ATP‑approved credentials).Trainer Registration: Willingness to pursue NQC‑certified status under the ATP framework.Preferred industry certifications: PMP, Digital Transformation, Education Leadership, TVET Certifications.LanguageFluent in business‑level English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.A full job description is available#J-18808-Ljbffr
