Job Description

OverviewResponsible for providing day-to-day technical support to hotel operations ensuring all IT systems function efficiently to support guest services and internal departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining hotel systems networks and technology to deliver a seamless guest experience.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field13 years of IT support experience (hotel or hospitality experience preferred)Knowledge of hotel systems (PMSCCTV access control) is an advantageUnderstanding of networking and basic cybersecurityStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and customer service skillsWith pro-active attitude hardworking Integrity and have relatedexperienceAdditional Information :Provide first-line IT support to hotel staff and departmentsTroubleshoot hardware software network and system issuesSupport hotel systems such as PMS POS key card systems and reservation platformsMaintain and monitor computer systems servers printers and peripheralsEnsure stable internet Wi-Fi and network connectivity across the propertyCoordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgradesAssist with installation configuration and upgrades of IT equipment and softwareMaintain data security backups and user access controlsRespond promptly to IT incidents to minimize operational disruptionKeep documentation of systems issues and resolutionsProvide basic IT assistance to guests when required (e.g. internet access support)Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
