IT specialist

We are looking for an IT specialist “Saudi National” To be responsible for Providing onsite and remote support to the end user.Key DutiesProvide onsite and remote support to the end user.Log and track support tickets and incidents.Maintain best practices in IT operations and service desk, like incidents, problems, and access management.Follow up with incidents and issues until user’s satisfaction.Build and administrate IT knowledge-based library.Patch servers and update operating systems and applications.Maintain IP telephones, CCTV camera and access control systems.Prepare and submit incidents reports to direct manager.Managing user accounts as per internal onboarding/offboarding processes.Work together with applications team to provide necessary support to business applications and investigate operational problems.Maintain IT assets and inventory.RequirementsMicrosoft Certified Professional3+ years' experience in IT operations and service desk.Experience with Microsoft servers, SQL servers and active directory.Full knowledge in cisco networks and firewalls.Good knowledge in Office365 and Azure portal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
