We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job DescriptionThe IT Project Coordinator supports ITprojects by maintaining accurate documentation, records, and administrativecontrols throughout the project lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring thatall project-related information is properly recorded, tracked, and archived tosupport operational continuity, reporting, and audit requirements.The IT Project Coordinator does not hold decision-making authority. All projectgovernance, approvals, prioritization, and strategic decisions remain under theresponsibility of the Project Manager. The role operates in a support capacity,ensuring disciplined documentation and coordination in line with establishedproject management practices.ResponsibilitiesMaintainingcomplete, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation across all IT projectsCreating,updating, and archiving project records including plans, schedules, registers,approvals, and correspondenceEnsuringversion control and proper document classification in accordance with IT andPMO standardsRecordingproject decisions, actions, and outcomes as approved by the Project Manager/ITManagerUpdating ZohoProjects, timelines, and task lists strictly based on Project Manager directionSchedulingproject meetings and accurately recording and distributing meeting minutes andaction itemsCompilingproject status reports using approved input from IT Team Leads and the ProjectManagerMaintainingrisk, issue, dependency, and assumption logs as identified by the ProjectManager/IT ManagerCoordinatingwith the Procurement department to support project-related purchasingactivitiesPreparingand maintaining procurement-related documentation such as requisitions,approvals, and delivery records, and vendor managementTrackingprocurement status and timelines and reporting updates to the Project ManagerSupportingaudits and reviews by providing complete, traceable, and audit-readydocumentationOperatingclosely with IT teams, Procurement, Finance, and other internal departments asrequiredPerformingother IT-related duties as assigned by ManagementRequirementsFull English Proficiency is required1-2 years’ experience in project coordination (ITPM is a plus)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong technical knowledge covering General IT, Network, systems etc.Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment24 annual leave daysMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
