Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Product Manager - Gaming to join our Product development team.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the end‑to‑end development of casino gaming digital products and features, ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, technical, and guest experience standardsDraft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed product specifications, integrating input from business units, operations, guest journey mapping, and development teamsDefine, prioritize, and communicate product features in collaboration with stakeholders, designers, developers, and IT/engineering teams. Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure product requirements are not only feasible but also implemented in the most efficient, scalable, and maintainable wayTranslate complex gaming and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly digital experiencesTech & Development Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements and architecture reviews to sprint planning, delivery, and QAEnsure clear articulation of the what, the way, and the how in product deliverables to align business objectives with technical implementation. Understand and challenge technical trade‑offs, system dependencies, and integration complexities. Champion agile and iterative delivery, ensuring strong alignment between product roadmaps and engineering capacityVendor Management: Evaluate and shortlist third‑party technology vendors, ensuring alignment with product, business, and technical requirementsCoordinate with procurement, IT, and app teams during vendor onboarding and integration. Oversee and validate vendor platform/system integration into the resort’s gaming infrastructure in partnership with engineering teams. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to optimize delivery, technical quality, and long‑term performanceStakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison among internal teams, including casino operations, marketing, legal/compliance, design, IT, and developmentFacilitate cross‑functional discussions to ensure business and technical goals remain aligned. Present product updates, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones clearly to leadership. Establish continuous feedback loops with both business stakeholders and engineering to refine directionCustomer & Player Experience Focus: Champion the guest/player perspective in all product‑related decisions. Analyze player behavior and feedback to inform continuous product improvements. Ensure that digital gaming products deliver engaging, reliable, and seamless experiences across all touchpointsCompetitor & Market Analysis: Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in the global gaming and casino industry. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunitiesUse insights to guide product direction and maintain competitive edge. Monitor the regulatory landscape and stay current with GCGRA updates and guidelinesDesign & Analytics Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that enhance the gaming journeyCoordinate with the analytics team to define KPIs and performance metrics for digital gaming products. Use data insights to refine features, identify new opportunities, and ensure measurable impactAbout YouProven experience managing digital gaming products or platforms (web and/or mobile). Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming technology, and digital product lifecyclesAbility to write clear product specs and BRDs that detail what to build and how it should be implemented. Familiarity with vendor evaluation, onboarding, and system integration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross‑functional stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills with design, marketing, analytics, and compliance teamsDeep understanding of UX principles, especially in gaming or entertainment platforms. Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExperience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.
