If you’re motivated by purpose and eager to grow with a mission‑driven company, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities Make an impactEnsuring outstanding customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and solution‑oriented support.Delivering preventive maintenance, corrective services, and 24/7 support across your assigned area.Identifying and communicating product and system insights to the service leadership team.Training customers in system operation and light maintenance, while recommending parts and inventory solutions that enhance system uptime.Completing all service documentation accurately and on time, and representing the company professionally while responsibly handling equipment and customer property.Application Requirements What you need to succeedA B.S. degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering, along with relevant hands‑on experience in a similar technical field.Strong technical skills, including the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as solid PC and Windows application knowledge.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and handle interactions in fluent English.3–5 years of field service experience working with electro‑mechanical systems.(Desirable) Additional strengths such as IT/networking knowledge, proficiency in Arabic, or experience in a hospital environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
