Job Description As an IT Procurement Manager for Network Services, your role will involve delivering highvalue procurement solutions across Data, Digital & IT categories. You will drive bestinclass sourcing, supplier management, and value creation initiatives to support strategic vendor selection, technology category management, and performance improvement activities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives across IT domains, from requirements gathering to execution of sourcing strategies. - Planning, organizing, and managing procurement projects to meet defined objectives and timelines. - Executing the complete Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, including market analysis, strategy development, and contract negotiation. - Identifying cost-effective demand management opportunities in alignment with IT, business, and Procurement goals. - Ensuring strategic alignment between business requirements and procurement strategies, driving consistency and compliance. - Analyzing specifications to optimize requirements and maximize value for internal customers. - Building and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role: - 510 years of experience in IT Procurement or Technology Sourcing. - Strong project management capabilities with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. - Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at multiple organizational levels. - Expertise in vendor management, including performance evaluation and relationship management. - Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and customer needs assessment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. In addition to the above, desired skills include Internal And External Customer Needs Analysis & Satisfaction Studies, Negotiating, Root Cause Analysis And Problem-Solving, and Vendor Management. This role is at a Senior Level and offers the opportunity to contribute to year-on-year productivity improvements, process enhancements, and value delivery.
